The service

Nosey Neighbour is an interactive map for exploring property sold prices and related area information for England and Wales. Sold price data comes from HM Land Registry. Flood, crime, planning and nearby-place information is compiled from third-party open or licensed sources and is provided for general information only — not as professional survey, legal or financial advice.

Accuracy and availability

We try to keep the service accurate and available but do not guarantee that data is complete, current or error-free. Map layers, APIs and search results may change without notice. You use the site at your own risk when making property or investment decisions.

Map extras (monthly activation)

Some features (nearby map layers, area insights and Street View links) require a paid monthly activation key. Keys are personal to your purchase, time-limited, and must not be shared or resold. Refunds are not offered except where required by law. We may suspend access if a key is abused or obtained fraudulently.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape, bulk-download or systematically harvest data from the site or APIs.
Do not attempt to bypass access controls or interfere with the service.
Do not use the site in any way that is unlawful or harmful to others.

Intellectual property

The site design, branding and original content are owned by the operator of Nosey Neighbour. HM Land Registry data is used under the Open Government Licence v3.0. Map tiles and related services are subject to their providers’ terms (including Mapbox).

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
